  4. │ When a first-time caller enters "NEW" as his account code, the       │
  5. │ system displays this message to instruct him how to select his       │
  6. │ account code and password.  You can change this message by changing  │
  7. │ the message to pseudo-account "NEWUSER" on your "Utilities"          │
  8. │ sub-board.  This message is optional; you can disable this feature   │
  9. │ by simply deleting the "NEWUSER" message.  The pseudo-account for    │
  10. │ the ANSI version of this message is "ANEWUSER".  The pseudo-account  │
  11. │ for the RIP version of this message is "RNEWUSER".                   │
