  3. This is a somewhat strange release: it is a public release, but it is still
  4. a gamma version and not tested as thoroughly as I would like.
  5.  
  6. I am releasing this anyway, because I want to offer a solution for the
  7. problems that version 0.99 (the latest public release till now) has, and
  8. would very much like to share the new features with everyone.
  9.  
  10. There will be a new NetMgr release within about three months, that will
  11. contain fixes for the problem that will doubtlessly appear in this version.
  12. I also hope to include somehwta better docs (with much more examples) with
  13. that version.

  15. To avoid that this version will float around for the rest of this century,
  16. there is a 'cut-off date' in the program: it will stop functioning March 1,
  17. 1996, unless you are a registered user. (For registered users, the program
  18. will keep on working even after this date.)
  19. By that time, there will be a new version, that I want to be used and/or
  20. evaluated instead.
