  2. Registering with a credit card in the USA
  3. ==========================================

  5. For people living in the USA (or close to it), special arrangements have
  6. been made with node 1:138/211 (Evin Mulron).
  7.  
  8. To prevent people from the USA from having to call directly to Northern
  9. Ireland to drop off their registration form, the VISAFORM.TXT can also be
  10. dropped off at node 1:138/211 in the USA. From that point on, a secured
  11. route has been set up to transport your registration forms to the
  12. registration site in Northern Ireland.
  13.  
  14. Please note the following:
  15.  
  16. - Your registration will still be processed by Snowman Enterprises in
  17.   Northern Ireland.
  18.  
  19. - As a result: everything stated in VISAFORM.TXT also applies to this
  20.   method of registration. This includes the fact that your credit card will
  21.   be charged in UK pounds.
  22.  
  23. - Evin Mulron (1:138/211) only acts as a forwarder, he is no way
  24.   responsible for the actual processing of the registration form.
  25.  
  26. - Due to the extra handling, registrations sent this way will take up to 24
  27.   hours extra to process.

  30. In order to use this method of registration, do the following:
  31.  
  32. - Completely fill in the VISAFORM.TXT file, using the instructions listed
  33.   in that file.
  34.  
  35. - Instead of dropping it off at 2:443/888 as stated in VISAFORM.TXT, drop
  36.   it off at node 1:138/211 (Evin Mulron, USA).

  38. - Please allow 24 hours extra time to process this registration.
