  9.  Registration prices:

  11.  The price is set in DUTCH currency (HFL). The other prices are based on
  12.  that price, and calculated using the current exchange rates.

  14.  Prices in currencies other than HFL can be adjusted at ANY time, without
  15.  prior notice! But they will always be based on the Dutch price and the
  16.  current exchange rates.

  30.  Use the special regform for credit card orders (VISAFORM.TXT). That file

  39.  *   International Money Orders and EuroCheques must be in the currency
  40.      of the registration site. Make sure to list the number of your bank
  41.      card on the back of the EuroCheque!

  44.  *   Giro transfers to the author must be in Dutch currency (HFL). For 
  45.      transfers or checks from outside The Netherlands: Add HFL 11 for 
  46.      international giro transfers. Add HFL 15 for a cheque. Cheques MUST be 
  47.      drawn on a Dutch bank!

  49.  *   When filling out the registration form: don't worry about the format,
  50.      the forms are not automatically processed or anything..
  51.  
  52.  *   If, for some reason, you do not receive any response to your
  53.      registration, please check if you actually transferred the money.
  54.      Usually, registration sites will wait for both the regform *and* the
  55.      money to come in, before they act.

  57.      All registration sites are enthousiastic hobbyists, who will be glad
  58.      to help you out. If you do not receive any response, and you think you
  59.      should have, there is something wrong (message did not arrive,
  60.      response did not arrive, the SysOp is on holiday, the SysOp is ill,
  61.      the system had a harddisk crash etc.).
