  5.           MaxUserREXX is copyright (C) 1994 by Craig A. Morrison.
  6.           All Rights Reserved.

  8.           This license only governs NONCOMMMERCIAL users.
  9.  
  10.           MaxUserREXX is not public domain software, to NONCOMMERCIAL USERS
  11.           ONLY it is supplied free of charge. Commercial users and
  12.           developers should refer to the ordering information contained in
  13.           the documentation.

  15.              You are a COMMERCIAL user if you run a BBS to make a profit,
  16.              or are a corporation, company, government, foundation or any
  17.              other institution running a BBS.
  18.  
  19.              You are a DEVELOPER if you write software products that use
  20.              the services of MaxUserREXX incorporated within. DEVELOPERS
  21.              are expressly forbidden to distribute MaxUserREXX with their
  22.              product until a license for distribution is purchased.

  24.           Use of copies of MaxUserREXX by any business, corporation,
  25.           governmental agency or other entity institution is strictly
  26.           forbidden except when accompanied by a purchased license.

  28.           No one may modify MaxUserREXX in any way, including but not
  29.           limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  30.           engineering the program.

  32.           All users are granted a limited license to copy MaxUserREXX
  33.           only for the sole purpose of distribution subject to the above
  34.           limitations, and also the following:

  36.              MaxUserREXX must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  37.              with all contents of the original distribution archive.
  38.              Bulletin board system operators (Sysops) are granted
  39.              permission to convert the distribution archive to another
  40.              format so long as the complete contents of the original
  41.              archive are transferred in whole.

  43.              No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  44.              requested by any licensee.

  46.              MaxUserREXX may not be distributed in conjunction with any
  47.              other product without the prior written consent of the

  50.           Operators of electronic bulletin board systems may post
  51.           MaxUserREXX for downloading by their users only as long as the
