  2.                  MUEd/PM LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  5.        MUEd/PM is not public domain software, nor is it free
  6.        software.

  8.        MUEd/PM is copyright (C) 1993,94 by Craig A. Morrison.
  9.        All Rights Reserved.

  11.        Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  12.        MUEd/PM on a trial basis, for a period not to exceed 45 days,
  13.        for the purpose of determining whether MUEd/PM is suitable for
  14.        their needs.  Use of MUEd/PM, except for this limited purpose,
  15.        requires registration.  Use of non-registered copies of
  16.        MUEd/PM by any person, business, corporation, governmental
  17.        agency or other entity institution is strictly forbidden.

  19.        Registration grants a user the right to use MUEd/PM only on a
  20.        single computer; a registered user may use the program on a
  21.        different computer, but may not use the program on more than
  22.        one computer at the same time.

  24.        No one may modify MUEd/PM in any way, including but not
  25.        limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  26.        engineering the program.

  28.        All users are granted a limited license to copy MUEd/PM only
  29.        for the trial use of others subject to the above limitations,
  30.        and also the following:

  32.           MUEd/PM must be copied in unmodified form, complete with
  33.           all contents of the original distribution archive. Bulletin
  34.           board system operators (Sysops) are granted permission to
  35.           convert the distribution archive to another format so long
  36.           as the complete contents of the original archive are
  37.           transferred in whole.

  39.           No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  40.           requested by any licensee.

  42.           MUEd/PM may not be distributed in conjunction with any
  43.           other product without the prior written consent of the
  44.           author.

  46.        Operators of electronic bulletin board systems may post
  47.        MUEd/PM for downloading by their users only as long as the
  48.        above conditions are met.

  50.        Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  51.        distribute copies of MUEd/PM subject to the above conditions.
