  8.         This order form is for use by individuals wishing to become
  9.     registered users of MaxFile/2 or MaxFile/PM.  Corporations and
  10.     other institutions, please contact the author for further
  11.     information regarding site licenses, volume discounts, dealer
  12.     pricing, and ordering via purchase order.

  20.     with your check or money order (I will take no responsibility for
  21.     cash sent through the mail) to the address below.  Please make all
  22.     checks and money orders for U.S. funds payable to Craig Morrison.
  23.     Registration entitles you to free upgrades for all non-major revisions.
  24.     That is, a revision from version 1.21 to 1.76 is free but a revision
  25.     from version 1.8 to 2.0 is not free.  This is not true for beta
  26.     releases.  If you register a beta version 0.xx, you are entitled to
  27.     free upgrades to all versions 1.xx
