  3. ---------
  4.     MenuManager/2 is an AdeptXBBS Menu editor for OS/2.  
  5.  
  6.     MenuManager/2 allows you to quickly create or modify existing
  7.     menus for Adept easily.  It has an easy access listing of all 
  8.     available Menutypes for AdeptXBBS, which eliminates the need
  9.     to look in the docs everytime you need to setup a menu.

  11.     MenuManager is freeware!  Donated to the Adept community, 
  12.     and to Adeptsoft.  Keep up the good work!

  17. Screen Layout
  18. -----------
  19.     As soon as you load a menu file into MenuManager/2 you will
  20.     notice things happening, it is reading in, and seperating all
  21.     the menu parameters.
  22.  
  23.     On the top left side of the MenuManager/2, you will notice a 
  24.     pull down box, that is a list of all the commands in the loaded
  25.     menu.    You can switch between commands by selecting them in 
  26.     the list.
  27.  
  28.     The rest of the text fields and pulldown list boxes are labeled
  29.     and pertain to the currently selected menu item.  
  30.  
  31.     Please Note, The Menu commands are NOT updated until you click
  32.     on the "SAVE" button on the bottom right side of MenuManager/2.

  34. Quick Command Overview
  35. ---------------------
  36.  
  37.     Add or Ctrl-A
  38.     -----------
  39.     Use this button to add new commands to your Menu.
  40.  
  41.     Delete or Ctrl-D
  42.     -------------
  43.     Use this button to delete commands from your Menu.
  44.  
  45.     Choose or Ctrl-S
  46.     -------------
  47.     This button will bring up a listing of all available AdeptXBBS Menu 
  48.     types and descriptions of each, which you may choose from.

  50.     Arrange or Ctrl-R
  51.     --------------
  52.     The Arrange button will allow you to arrange the order of the way the
  53.     commands will appear in your menus.  This is particularly helpful
  54.         in Auto Executable Menus.  And can also be used to keep your Menus
  55.     organized.

  57.     Next or Ctrl-N
  58.     -----------
  59.     The Next button will move on to the Next command in the Menu.
  60.  
  61.     Previous or Ctrl-P
  62.     ---------------
  63.     The Previous button will move back to the Previous command in the Menu.

  65.     More or Ctrl-M
  66.     ------------
  67.     Here you can change all the more advanced Menu command parameters.
  68.     Including the command's port flags.

  70.     Prompt or Ctrl-O
  71.     -------------
  72.     This button allows you to edit the prompt of the menu, which also includes
  73.     the flags of the Menu etc.

  75.     Save Button or Ctrl-S
  76.     -----------------
  77.     Make sure you hit the 'Save' button before changing Menu Commands or Saving
  78.     your Menu File.  Changes are not updated until you click on the Save button!

  83.     For more information on the AdeptXBBS menus and the use/syntax of
  84.     all command parameters, see the AdeptXBBS DOC file.

  87. Please Note:

  89.     Comment lines
  90.     ------------
  91.     MenuManager will ignore any lines that are not in valid Menu format.. 
  92.     
  93.     i.e.

  95.      ;This is valid comment, but it is in invalid Menu Format
  96.     X,100
  97.         
  98.     etc..

  100.     Because these lines are ignored, they are not saved back to the file, please
  101.     note this.

  106.     Please Backup your menus before using MenuManager/2, though I have
  107.     extensively tested it, I don't want you to lose your menus because of 
  108.     MenuManager/2.
