  13.                  McD-CBV v.98 is included in FOUR archives!

  15. McD-Up.Dat.............Everyone should unzip this -- it contains all the .ERX
  16.                        and required .DLL files needed for McD-CBV
  17. McD-97.Dat.............Unzip if upgrading from McD-CBV v.97.xx.xx or
  18.                        earlier.
  19. McD-Disp.Dat...........All of McD-CBV's display files.  Only unzip for
  20.                            (1) A New install
  21.                            (2) To restore the default displays
  22. McD-Full.Dat...........ONLY people installing the CBV from SCRATCH should
  23.                        unzip this archive!  It will overwrite many of your
  24.                        configuration files with the new .98 ones!
