  2.                         Library Maintenance Menu:

  4. A...Adds documents to the current section.  You'll be prompted for up to
  5.     9 filenames to add (Library will check each as entered to see if it
  6.     exists).  Wildcards are permissible.  After all fields are entered
  7.     (you can terminate early by hitting [Enter] on a blank line),
  8.     Library will give you a last opportunity to abort, then call ZOO to
  9.     add the files to the section.  Finally, you are shown what, if
  10.     anything, ZOO reported about the action.  This general sequence is
  11.     followed for most of the archive-manipulation commands in this area.
  12. B...Build a new section.  You'll be prompted for the area name, then
  13.     some files to put into it.  This new area will then become the new
  14.     current area.
  15. C...Comment on a document in the current section.  You can enter up to 9
  16.     lines of comments (use ZOO locally for longer comments).
  17. D...Delete documents from the current section.  Wildcards permissible.
  18. E...Extract documents from the current section to the default (Library)
  19.     directory.  This does not delete the documents from the Library.
  20.     Wildcards permissible.
  21. F...Full list/menu toggles, same as Main Menu function [F].
  22. J...Jump to another section, same as Main Menu function [J].
  23. K...Kill a file or files.  Wildcards permissible.  You cannot delete a
  24.     Library section with this command; use [R]emove section instead.
  25. L...List the archive (a raw list, different from Main Menu's [L]
  26.     command).  You can enter a pattern, and only matching files will be
  27.     listed.
  28. M...Move documents into the current section.  Like [A]dd above, but
  29.     documents are deleted from the disk after being put in the archive.
  30. N...Numbered list of documents, same as Main Menu function [L].
  31. P...Put a comment in the header of the section.  This is the comment
  32.     shown when you get a verbose [S]ection listing.
  33. Q...Quit Maintenance, returns to Main Menu.
  34. R...Remove the current section completely.  Non-recoverable.
  35. S...Section listing, same as Main Menu function [S].
  36. T...Test current section (archive).  ZOO has error-recovery capabilities
  37.     if the archive is damaged; see the ZOO docs.
  38. U...Upload file.  If the Sysop was nice enough to set up a LIBUP.BAT for
  39.     you, you can upload a file with this command.
  40. $...Raw directory (like typing DIR <pattern> at the DOS prompt).  You'll
  41.     be prompted for a <pattern>.
  42. +...Browse through a section or all sections looking for a keyword.  Same
  43.     as Main Menu function [B].
  44. !...Read a file (not a document, a normal file not in the archive).
  45.     You'll be prompted for a filename.
  46. @...Read a document.  Same as Main Menu function [R].
  47. #...Edit a file (not a document, a normal file not in the archive).
  48.     This is only active if the Sysop has set up a LIBEDIT.BAT for you.
  49.     You'll be prompted for a filename.
  50. %...Trim a section to a certain number of documents.  Documents are
  51.     trimmed "off the top" of the section.
  52. *...Rename a section.  Won't allow you to rename to an existing name;
  53.     safe to play with.
  54. H...Gets you this Help file.
  55. ?...Gets you this file or a full menu if you have menus turned off with
  56.     [F].
