  7.        Measures have been taken to ensure that this archive, as well
  8.        as supplemental files get to you in an unmodified format. As
  9.        of this release, both SETTINGS.ZIP and FULLPACK.ZIP have now
  10.        been stamped for authenticity verification to ensure that
  11.        the files have not been modified from their original version
  12.        in any way. When PKUNZIPing these files, you should see the
  13.        filename followed by the "-AV" sign of verification. If you
  14.        downloaded this file off of a BBS, the -AV code may have been
  15.        stripped from the archive. This is normal. If however you are
  16.        concerned that the files may have been modified, you are
  17.        welcome to FREQ a copy of FULLPACK.ZIP directly from me, or
  18.        download it from my BBS. The number for the BBS is listed at
  19.        the end of SETTINGS.TXT.
