  2. | TMOTD.UTL - TELNET Message of the Day                                |

  4. | This message is displayed to all users during logon.  You post this  |
  5. | message as a message to account "MOTD" on your "utilities"           |
  6. | sub-board, or prepare it off-line using your favorite text editor    |
  7. | and use the BBUTIL program to load all ".UTL" files into messages on |
  8. | your "utilities" sub-board.                                          |

  10. | You can also post an ANSI graphic version of the Message of the Day  |
  11. | as a message to account "AMOTD" on your "utilities" sub-board.  You  |
  12. | can create a custom Message of the Day for each phone line by        |
  13. | posting a message to account "MOTDn" or "AMOTDn", where "n" is the   |
  14. | line number.  You can also create a custom Message of the Day for    |
  15. | each sub-board in your system by posting a message to "MOTDxxx" or   |
  16. | "AMOTDxxx", where "xxx" is the three character sub-board             |
  17. | abbreviation.  You can also set a flag on any Message of the Day to  |
  18. | make the system only display the message to users once, no matter    |
  19. | how many times they log on.                                          |
