  4. │ If you start the system with the "OFFLINE" parameter on the command  │
  5. │ line, then this message is displayed to the user before the system   │
  6. │ disconnects him.  You can use this message to tell users why the     │
  7. │ system is off-line, when it will be back on-line, and so forth.  You │
  8. │ post this message as a message to account "OFFLINE" on your          │
  9. │ "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it off-line using your favorite    │
  10. │ text editor and use the BBUTIL program to load all ".UTL" files into │
  11. │ messages on your "utilities" sub-board.                              │
