  2. │ FREELOAD.UTL - Message to Expired Non-Subscribers                    │

  4. │ This message is displayed during logon to a non-subscriber whose     │
  5. │ total system usage has exceeded a certain threshold that you set.    │
  6. │ For systems that charge by minutes or cents, you specify the         │
  7. │ threshold in total minutes of system usage.  For systems that charge │
  8. │ by date, you specify the threshold in days since first logon.  This  │
  9. │ message is only displayed to accounts below the minimum subscriber   │
  10. │ access level; and NOT to subscriber accounts that are temporarily    │
  11. │ out of funds.  The system will disconnect the user after displaying  │
  12. │ this message.  You post this message as a message to account         │
  13. │ "FREELOAD" on your "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it off-line     │
  14. │ using your favorite text editor and use the BBUTIL program to load   │
  15. │ all ".UTL" files into messages on your "utilities" sub-board.  Limit │
  16. │ your message to 72 characters wide to prevent wrap-around.           │
