  4. │ If you set up your system to require a new user to enter a password  │
  5. │ before he can set up an account, and the password that he enters is  │
  6. │ not in your recognized list, then this message is displayed to the   │
  7. │ user.  If you set up your system to automatically assign access      │
  8. │ levels and special interest groups (SIGs) based on a system password │
  9. │ then you could present the user with a menu of system passwords in   │
  10. │ this message.  You post this message as a message to account         │
  11. │ "BADPSWRD" on your "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it off-line     │
  12. │ using your favorite text editor and use the BBUTIL program to load   │
  13. │ all ".UTL" files into messages on your "utilities" sub-board.  Limit │
  14. │ your message to 72 characters wide to prevent wrap-around.           │
