  4. │ This message is displayed to a user during logon if the system       │
  5. │ operator has enabled SYSOP CHAT (menu command "C") from the          │
  6. │ Bulletron Control Window.  It is used to tell the user that the      │
  7. │ system operator is there and available to chat if the user needs     │
  8. │ assistance.  You post it as a message to account "ATHOME" on your    │
  9. │ "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it off-line using your favorite    │
  10. │ text editor and use the BBUTIL2 program to load all ".UTL" files     │
  11. │ into messages on your "utilities" sub-board.  Limit your message to  │
  12. │ 72 characters wide to prevent wrap-around.                           │
