  4. │ This message is displayed during logon to a user who subscribes by   │
  5. │ date when his account has less than two weeks, but more than one     │
  6. │ week, of subscriber access remaining.  You post it as a message to   │
  7. │ account "2WEEK" on your "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it         │
  8. │ off-line using your favorite text editor and use the BBUTIL program  │
  9. │ to load all ".UTL" files into messages on your "utilities"           │
  10. │ sub-board.  Limit your message to 72 characters wide to prevent      │
  11. │ wrap-around.                                                         │
