  4. must fill it out to receive access.  The only thing I would let it go by
  5. on is maybe street address, which in some cases I may give you lower
  6. access then someone who entered it.  REMEMBER: this information will be
  7. kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, so no one else is going to know it.  As for
  8. rules, there is only one major one to remember, overall!
