  8. * The screen pause mark for long bulletins was previously hard-coded to
  9. 25 lines. Now it will adjust to the caller's screen length as specified
  10. in Maximus.

  12. * The command prompt will now be erased after displaying each bulletin.
  13. This should result in a tidier look and feel.

  15. * The author of each bulletin will now be given the chance to delete
  16. their bulletins after viewing them.
