  1.                          TopicX 1.10 Release Notes

  4. TopicX is a sophisticated message archival system.  It includes
  5. the power to search, extract, archive and delete selected messages,
  6. based on search criteria specified in a configuration file.  It can
  7. be used to keep a flat text listing of any message area, and it can
  8. automatically compress those listings using your favourite archiving
  9. program.
  10.  
  11. TopicX 1.10 includes the ability to access Squish format message
  12. bases, as used by Maximus 2.0 and SquishMail 1.0, in addition to a few
  13. minor changes.  The documentation has NOT been revised for v1.10, so
  14. you should see WHATSNEW.110 for information not included in the
  15. program documentation.

  17. Many other matters are keeping me busy, so no future updates are
  18. planned for TopicX.  Unlike previous versions of TopicX, v1.10 is
  19. freeware.  No fee is required to use TopicX, although donations will
  20. be gladly accepted.

  22. As of this release, there is officially NO support provided for
  23. TopicX.  Feel free to drop me a note at the address below, but don't
  24. expect answers in a timely manner, if at all.
