  71.         Payment can be made from cheques drawn on either a US or a
  72.         Canadian account.  Personal and company cheques require two
  73.         weeks to clear.  Canadian postal money orders and money orders
  74.         drawn on a Canadian or US bank are accepted.  EuroCheques and
  75.         foreign bank drafts are accepted, but an additional 8-10 weeks
  76.         is required to clear.  If you wish to have the money wired
  77.         over directly, please contact the author for account
  78.         information.  If paying by foreign currency, an additional 10%
  79.         surcharge must be enclosed to cover currency exchange.  For
