  3. On some computers, GOBBLE MAN will detect a joystick when none
  4. is available.  This will cause GOBBLE MAN to slow down 
  5. considerably!  If GOBBLE MAN is running slow on your computer
  6. and you don't have a joystick, type in the following:

  8.   gobble joff
  9.  
  10. If you have a joystick, but GOBBLE MAN does not detect it type:
  11.  
  12.   gobble jon
  13.  
  14. If GOBBLE MAN is running unbearably slow on your computer, write
  15. to me.  I have a version that runs twice as fast for slower
  16. computers, although the monsters don't move as smoothly. (Please 
  17. run game to obtain my address and get registration information).
