  4. Drawcat is a vector based program for drawing geometric figures.
  5. It provides a variety of line styles, predefines figures, fill options, 
  6. and text features. Also bitmaps can be included.

  11. Simply extract the file DRAWCAT.ZIP into a suitable directory.

  15. DRAWCAT is distributed as shareware. You may use the shareware version
  16. for a 30-day trial period, as long as you agree to the provisions of this 
  17. license agreement. After the 31-day trial period, you are expected to 
  18. register DRAWCAT.
