  3. SRE-Filter ver 1.2j is a freeware, full-featured http (www) server for OS/2.
  4. It is designed to run under GoServe (a free, IBM EWS Internet Server).

  6. The most recent version of SRE-Filter can be found at

  8. You can also find a number of add-ons for SRE-Filter at this site.

  10. Summary: 
  11.    SRE-FILTER ver 1.2j supports the usual server functions, such as
  12.    imagemaps, redirection, CGI-Bin support, and common-log auditing.
  13.    In addition, SRE-Filter includes a number of special features, including
  14.    support for  NCSA HTTPD style server side includes, the HTACCESS method and
  15.    several other methods of access control, a caching directory display
  16.    facility with auto-description features, byte-range retrieval, remote
  17.    configuration, file uploads, and much more.
