  4. These are a list of new features and current fixes.

  6. NOTES - v3.04
  7.     user selectable character-set on smtp-config-dialog (only ISO-8859 (1-9) at present)
  8.     ISO-8859- (1 to 9) support for Subject, Organisation and Realname strings in the configuration
  9.     Quoted-Printable option for sending when composing and email (local menu)
  10.     Remote outbox window Titles now displays the Recipient instead of the same-sender
  11.     Inbox icon, Outbox icon, Trashcan icon
  12.     prevent user clicking on a different mailbox until ALL headers retrieved while opening a mailbox
  13.     administrators now will be prevented from deleting users while more than 1 person is logged on
  14.     hourglass cursor while formatting text prior to sending email
  15.     partial code for parsing command line, plus init-sendmaildoc(recipient)
  16.     Outbox renamed to Local-Outbox
  17.     Fixed saving configuration for non-administrators, it now will save again properly
  18.     Keepmail flag will be set to true when using the right-mouse-menu to choose the Outbox
  19.     smtp configuration permits choosing character-set (ISO-8859)
  20.     add-user in configuration places caret focus into username field
  21.     menu string (dock / detach) window

  94.     when reading email, if document is minimised when pressing NEXT/PREV will restore the window

  260. The address book format has changed in v2.21, you may have to
  261. either delete the old file or edit it. It MUST contain the following first
  262. line. 'WARNING - do not edit this file' otherwise you will not be able to 
  263. read it. Each entry now comprises eight (8) lines if you wish to edit it
  264. by hand. The file is called address.txt and should be in your Paladin directory.

  266. NOTE - v2.21 now requires you to login with a valid username and password.

  268. NOTE - This evaluation version only permits you to create 3 User accounts.

  273. QUICK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

  275. After unzipping the archive containing the files into a temporary directory 
  276. you should run SETUP.EXE This will install Paladin onto your hard disk for 
  277. you.
  278.  
  279. After installing the application, for the first time,run it and you will be 
  280. prompted to enter the basic details needed for accessing your e-mail. These
  281. are things like, Username, e-mail address, IMAP server etc.
  282.

  284. You should read the help file describing how to configure the application and
  285. for further information on using the application.
  286.  
  287. After unzipping the archive you should have the following files.
