  5. Your use of the trial edition software distributed with this license 
  6. is subject to all of the terms and conditions of this license statement.

  8. do not use or complete the installation of the software.

  10. 1. This Software is protected by copyright law and international
  11. copyright treaty. Therefore, you must treat this Software just like a book, 
  12. except that you may copy it onto a computer to be used and you may make 
  13. archive copies of the Software for the sole purpose of backing up our 
  14. Software and protecting your investment from loss. Your use of this 
  15. trial edition software is limited to personal non-commercial use only.

  18. software or about any content or information made accessible by the software, 
  19. for any purpose. the software is provided 'as is' without express or implied
  20. warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
  21. particular purpose or noninfringement. this software is provided gratuitously
  22. and, accordingly, Big Bits Software shall not be liable under any theory 
  23. for any damages suffered by you or any user of the software. Big Bits Software 
  24. will not support this software and is under no obligation to issue updates to 
  25. this software.

  28. specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general
  29. availability or other characteristics of the commercial release.

  31. 4. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the 
  32. Software shall remain in Big Bits Software Inc.. You agree to abide by the 
  33. copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States including, 
  34. but not limited to, export control laws. You acknowledge that the Software in 
  35. source code form remains a confidential trade secret of Big Bits Software and 
  36. therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile,
  37. disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable 
  38. laws specifically prohibit such restriction.

  40. 5. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions 
  41. set forth in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer-Restricted 
  42. Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19 when applicable, or in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) 
  43. of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, 
  44. and in similar clauses in the NASA AR Supplement.

  54. (b) for any claim by any other party. this limitation of liability shall not apply
  55. to liability for death or personal injury to the extent applicable law
  56. prohibits such limitation. furthermore, some states do not allow the exclusion
  57. or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this
  58. limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
