  2. Applet Menu Wizard END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between 
  5. you (an individual or an entity) and SourceTec Software Co.Ltd. for 
  6. the software product identified above, which includes computer software 
  7. and electronic documentation.By installing, copying, or otherwise using 
  8. Applet Menu Wizard, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this 
  9. Agreement.If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are 
  10. not authorized to use this software. For further information about 
  11. registration, please read register.txt.

  13. ABOUT UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE
  14.  
  15. The unregistered software may be freely copied and distributed if no 
  16. modification is made in the archive package. 
  17.  
  18. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR REGISTERED SOFTWARE
  19.  
  20. GRANT OF LICENSE.  SourceTec grants to you the non-exclusive right to 
  21. use Applet Menu Wizard on a single computer. You may make copies of 
  22. the Applet Menu Wizard for backup and archival purposes. SourceTec 
  23. software Co.Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted.

  25. COPYRIGHT. Applet Menu Wizard is owned by SourceTec Software Co.Ltd. 
  26. and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaty 
  27. provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.  
  28. Therefore, you must treat Applet Menu Wizard like any other copyrighted 
  29. material .  You may not use or copy Applet Menu Wizard for any other 
  30. purpose than what is described in this Agreement.

  32. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not rent or lease Applet Menu Wizard , but 
  33. you may transfer Applet Menu Wizard on a permanent basis provided you 
  34. retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.  
  35. If the software is an update or has been updated, any transfer must 
  36. include the most recent update and all prior versions.  You may not 
  37. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Applet Menu Wizard except to 
  38. the extent that the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by 
  39. applicable law.

  41. LIMITED WARRANTY

  43. NO WARRANTIES.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 
  44. SourceTec software Co.Ltd. expressly disclaims any warranty for Applet 
  45. Menu Wizard . Applet Menu Wizard and its documentation are provided "as 
  46. is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied , including, 
  47. without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability or fitness 
  48. for a particular purpose.  The entire risk arising out of use orperformance 
  49. of Applet Menu Wizard remains with you.

  51. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the maximum extent permitted 
  52. by applicable law, in no event shall SourceTec Software Inc. or its 
  53. suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without 
  54. limitation, damages for loss of business profit, loss of business 
  55. information, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss) arising 
  56. out of the use or inability to use this SourceTec Software Co.Ltd. product.
