  1. Welcome to the Comp.Sys.Mac.Programmer Digests!

  3. csmp-v?-index.txt contains a list of every subject in each issue of Volume ?.
  4. csmp-v?-???.txt are the digests.  If the issue you're looking for isn't here,
  5. chances are it's been deleted.  These digests take up a lot of disk space, so
  6. usually only the last 1-2 meg worth can be found here.  The entire collection
  7. is available for anonymous ftp from ftp.cs.uoregon.edu.

  9. These digests are also available via email.  Just send a note saying that you
  10. want to be on the digest mailing list to mkelly@cs.uoregon.edu, and you will
  11. automatically receive each new digest as it is created.

  13. The articles in these digests are taken directly from comp.sys.mac.programmer.
  14. They are not edited; all articles included in this digest are in their original
  15. posted form.  The only articles that are -not- included in these digests are
  16. those which didn't receive any replies (except those that give information
  17. rather than ask a question).  All replies to each article are concatenated
  18. onto the original article in the order in which they were received.  Article
  19. threads are not added to the digests until the last article added to the
  20. thread is at least one month old (this is to ensure that the thread is dead
  21. before adding it to the digests).
