  7. The Reminder is back (from version 3.1). The tray icon

  21. Type of Alarm dialogbox has been added to the Calendar 
  22. section. This dialogbox allows the user to select from 
  23. 5 different .wav files from the drive. These files can 
  24. then be linked to Alarm appointments. The dialogbox is 
  25. opened by clicking on 'Type of Alarm' button located 
  26. in the 'Setting Alarm' dialog.

  31. 1. URL field has been added in the Cities database. 
  32. This field allows the user to set a web page for each 
  33. town in the database.

  35. 2. 'Edit Cities' dialogbox has been added. This 
  36. dialogbox is opened by clicking on 'Edit Cities' button 
  37. found in the top left corner of the Globe window. The 
  38. dialogbox allows review of all cities and data about 
  39. them. By clicking on 'Edit' in 'Edit Cities' dialogbox, 
  40. 'Modify City Information' dialogbox is in turn opened.

  42. 3. 'Modify City Information' dialogbox has been added. 
  43. This dialogbox allows the user to change information 
  44. related to cities in the database such as: Country Name, 
  45. City Name, Area Code, Country Code, Population, Currency, 
  46. Language and URL.

  48. 4. 'URL of City' dialogbox has been added. This dialogbox 
  49. is opened by clicking on 'URL of City' button located in 
  50. the top section of the Globe window. It contains a list 
  51. of all the entered city web addresses. With a simple 
  52. double-click on a web address, the program takes the user 
  53. to the web page of the selected city.

  55. 5. Pop-up menu. The pop-up menu that is opened by 
  56. clicking on one of the five towns on the left side of the 
  57. Globe, has been changed. The following items have been

  163. Internet strings i.e. e-mail addresses, Web pages and Call 
  164. numbers. Internet Book can also easily perform search for 
  165. this data, send e-mails, start Web browser and dial up 
  166. telephobne numbers. If you keep a lot of Internet strings 
  167. in RedBox then Internet Book will be of great use. You can 
  168. start it by clicking on the new icon on the small Toolbar.

  172. Complete export of data in HTML format is now done in a 
  173. Wizard. It is now possible to publish data from two more 
  174. sections of RedBox, To Do and Planner. User will now be able 
  175. to put all records from RedBox on Internet and share it 
  176. will his business associates from all around the world.

  180. A nasty bug which occurs during import of Address Book 
  181. records from Lotus Organiser and Sidekick to RedBox Address 
  182. Book has now been fixed. A big thanks to all users who 
  183. switched from these two organisers to RedBox and for 
  184. reporting the bug.

  188. In certain situations, RedBox malfunctioned during entry 
  189. of data into Call Notes and crashed when those records 
  190. were deleted. This bug has now been fixed.

  207. In version 2.1, it was possible to make Web presentations 
  208. for data from the Calendar section. Version 2.2, here in 
  209. front of you, allows you to make Web presentations for 
  210. records from Address Book. This means that, by putting 
  211. your Address Book Web presentation on a server, you will 
  212. be able to share data from Address Book with anyone in 
  213. the world who has access to Internet or your Intranet 
  214. local network.

  219. If there is an e-mail address at any field in the Address 
  220. Book, default e-mail client will be started by clicking 
  221. once on an e-mail address. RedBox Address Book has now

  223. addresses. Possibility to link Address Book records which 
  224. contain e-mail addresses with data from other sections of 
  225. RedBox, is a feature which is not available in any e-mail 
  226. client application on the market. Maybe this is the reason 
  227. why you should use RedBox as your default Address Book from 
  228. now on. Combining RedBox with your favourite e-mail client 
  229. will definitely enable you to work in a better, more 
  230. efficient and more flexible manner.
