  1. You may not distribute the non-freeware version of the jambient software 
  2. package, for profit or not for profit, in any form, including but not 
  3. limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board 
  4. distribution, and magnetic or optical medium distribution.

  6. jambientFREE (the freeware version ofjambient) may be distributed by 
  7. permission of David Morris. In all cases where permission is granted 
  8. to distribute jambientFREE, exact copies of the original version, 
  9. including all documentation are to be distributed; charging or requesting
  10. donations for any such copies is prohibited. Distributing the software 
  11. and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)
