  1. SMosaic Version 1.2 - A simple configuration utility for Mosaic for Windows.

  3. SMOSAIC is a VERY simple configuration utility for Mosaic for Windows.
  4. (I know this program will have a VERY short shelf life, since the
  5. good folks at NCSA will probably add a wonderful setup/config routine
  6. to Mosaic.) In the meantime, this one provides easier access to most
  7. of the MOSAIC.INI profile settings that can not be changed from within
  8. the Mosaic itself. You can even browse drives and directories to install
  9. common viewers. (You can't add new MIME types/viewers yet though.)

  11. Since this is a separate application, you will need to restart 
  12. MOSAIC to enable any configuration changes.

  14. Written in Visual Basic 3.0, this program requires VBRUN300.DLL (included
  15. in the archive) Just unzip it to a floppy disk or a temp directory and
  16. install it by running its SETUP.EXE program from Windows. Please make a 
  17. backup of your MOSAIC.INI file before using.
