  2. What is new with PRFP? (or, why bother with .02?)

  4.    Only a couple of changes were made to PRFP. One was to add a brag for
  5.    my bouncing new baby boy, who the software company is named after. :-)
  6.    There were also a couple of cosmetic changes, but nothing earth-
  7.    shattering. The biggest change was that I optimized the randomization,
  8.    so it should be more accurate. It had a tendency to pick one of the
  9.    first 25% of the files. I ran 3000+ tests, and it was about as evenly
  10.    distributed as I can get it. Hope you enjoy it...
