  1. This tool splits the Clipper Tool Library 
  2. into two libraries for use with Blinker.  
  3. One library can be overlayed, the other 
  4. must be loaded in the root. This uses TLIB 
  5. from Borland rather than LIB from 
  6. Microsoft.
