  1. PM Undelete for OS/2 v1.21
  2. PM program for a recovery of deleted files.
  3. Version 1.21 PM Undelete is a PM program
  4. for a quick recovery of deleted files.
  5. OS/2 offers a feature which allows the
  6. recovery of deleted files.  However, the
  7. control program for this feature is a
  8. command line driven tool with poor comfort:
  9. The OS/2 program UNDELETE.  PM Undelete is
  10. an easy-to-use PM program to undelete
  11. deleted files to their original directory
  12. or to the system's TMP directory.  Deleted
  13. files may be also be sent to Nirwana, 
  14. that is, their deletion is made permanent.
  15. (This corresponds to the /F option of the OS/2
  16. UNDELETE command.)  PM UNDELETE is also able
  17. to display deleted files in order to explore
  18. their contents before performing any actions.
  19. PM Undelete uses the OS/2 program UNDELETE.COM
  20. to do its job.  This means that PM Undelete
  21. does not rely on a specific version of OS/2
  22. nor does it use undocumented system calls or
  23. other quirks!!! This feature is sometimes
  24. called 'compatibility'.  The program PMUNDELETE
  25. is FREEWARE and may be distributed together
  26. with this documentation to all OS/2 users!!!
