  55. "Site license"
  56. A site license for WinPMail manuals provides you with one master
  57. copy of the manual and a license permitting you to make an unlimited
  58. number of copies of that master for use at one site. A "site" is
  59. defined as the extent of an organization in one metropolitan area, so
  60. if you have four offices in one town, one site license will cover them
  61. all. Only ONE organization may hold a site license - you may not
  62. distribute copies of a site-licensed master outside your organization.
  63. Note that State or National Governments and Local bodies do not
  64. consitute organizations for the purposes of this definition. Site
  65. licensed manuals include ASCII and RTF versions of the manual on
  66. diskette.

  68. "5-copy license"
  69. You receive a single master copy of the manual, and a license
  70. permitting you to make up to five copies of that original for use at
  71. one site (as defined in "Site license" above).

  73. "Media:"
  74. All manual licenses include a diskette with the most recent version
  75. of the Software.

  77. Credit terms:
  78. Our terms for payment on invoice are STRICTLY net 30 days. No monthly
  79. statement is issued - we require payment on invoice.

  81. Pro-forma invoices, acknowledgments, quotations and bids:
  82. Because of the sheer volume of paperwork we have to process, we
  83. regret that we cannot supply pro-forma invoices, quotations or bids,
  84. and cannot acknowledge receipt of orders other than via e-mail.

  86. US IRS taxpayer requirements:
  87. The vendor is not an American citizen and is not resident in the
  88. United States for tax purposes: consequently, requests for FEINs,
  89. social security numbers or other US Taxation requirements cannot
  90. be complied with and will receive no reply.

  92. Shipment:
  93. Shipment is by EMS (Express Mail Service). We cannot ship via UPS,
  94. Federal Express, or any other courier company, and we cannot charge
  95. freight to an account. We can ship by airmail on request - please
  96. make sure the requirement is clearly stated on your order. Requests
  97. for shipment by other means will result in delays, and your order
  98. will not be processed.

  100. Prepayment:
  101. If you prepay your order, your payment will not be presented until
  102. the day your manual is shipped.
  103.  
  104. Credit card payments:
  105. * A 2.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments
  106. * Credit card payments will be converted to New Zealand dollars
  107.   using the prevailing exchange rate on the date your manual is
  108.   shipped to you. The amount you see on your credit card statement
  109.   will probably not be exactly the amount shown on the order form
  110.   above.
