  3. If you would like to see screen shots of NETTALK+PLUS 
  4. and have Word for Windows, unzip SHOTS.ZIP, load the
  5. file SHOTS.DOC and print or view the screens.

  7. NETTALK PLUS+ adds some really nice features, including
  8. In/Out Box and "if" messages and a Telephone Directory
  9. NETTALK Supervisor add, edit, delete, features
  10. View Call of Another - any user can access your call
  11. log via a password 
  12.  
  13. Print Call Log options - print all, range, or single item
  14.  
  15. IN/OUT Box has status functions in, out, do not 
  16. disturb, in a meeting, and other, i.e, on vacation
  17. and have the totally unique feature set - "IF"
  18. messages.  This hopes to overcome one of the more
  19. challenging communications problems in the office.  You
  20. often leave for a meeting and tell the receptionist, "if"
  21. The Mayor calls - tell her . . . . , or "if" my mother calls
  22. - say that . . . ., or "if" Fedex calls, ask them where . .
  23. .  These are often some of the most crucial but often messed
  24. up communications that occur because communication will
  25. generally fail except by chance (HA!!).  Each user will be
  26. able to add, delete, or change their own "if" messages and
  27. status.  The receptionist or anyone can check on a users
  28. status prior to barging in on a important meeting,
  29. conference, or just checking if they are out to lunch.  We
  30. are very excited about this feature and other new features
  31. in NetTalk+Plus.
