  57. will automatically run from Point & Shoot and can also be used as a stand-

  59. separate file called "PASEDOC.TXT" contained on the distribution disk.

  106. and Protection features to the Point & Shoot Program.  The addition of the
  107. password protection mechanism has changed the format of the user-defined
  108. menu file.  Users of versions prior to version 2.0 MUST use the menu
  109. function UPGRADE found in the Menu Commands.

  113. Included the text file editor directly into the program for quicker access.
  114. Text editor now also automatically uses the memory that is available to
  115. allow more flexibility on systems with limited memory (max still 64K).

  117. memory available.  Added option in SETUP to allow user to specify the text
  118. editor to use if they wish to use an editor other than the built-in P&S
  119. editor.  F4 New File command in editor now prompts for a new file name.

  122. before attempting to execute a DOS command to allow larger programs/commands
  123. to be executed from this part of the program

  165. does not halt if too many diretories are found to display on the screen.
  166. The limit is now 255 total directories on the tree.  If more, the
  167. program will show as many as it can, where previously too many directories
  168. would halt the program.

  181.             SETUP includes a list of floppy drive numbers that must be
  182.             filled in to select the correct floppy drive during format.
  183.             External floppy drives are often numbers 2 or 3.

  185. Revision J: Modified the Ctrl-key selection of user-defined menus to avoid
  186.             conflicts with certain keystrokes like Ctrl-M = [Cr],
  187.             Ctrl-I = [Tab], Ctrl-H = [BackSpace], Ctrl-V = [Insert], etc..
  188.             In addition, while the program previously used the first letter
  189.             of the user-defined menu item as the Ctrl-key trigger, now the
  190.             first UPPERCASE letter is used.  This feature allows more
  191.             flexibility in the naming of user-defined menus.

  193. Revision K: Added BOOT DRIVE to SETUP to allow for systems which boot from
  194.             drives other than C and modified directory tree routines to
  195.             correctly designate floppy drives on these systems.  User
  196.             defined submenus now highlight the first UPPERCASE letter or
  197.             number.

  199. Revision L: Added a second menu choice list that appears if primary menu
  200.             selections are ambiguous (have the same trigger letter).  Also
  201.             changed User-Id entry to show name and added shading to
  202.             password entry.

  204. Revision M: Added a new report to Timelog Database: Summary by Activity
  205.             which is similar to the usage summary but is sorted by
  206.             Activity.

  212. Program name changed to MenuDIRECT.  Version 3.0 brings a new realm of 
  213. programming style to AMST products.  Differences from version 2.0 are 
  214. too numerous to mention, but highlights include:

  216.   o  New user-interface with pull-down menus, and movable/resizable windows
  217.   o  Unlimited number of user-defined menus
  218.   o  Appointment book & todo list added to calendar
  219.   o  Calculator sports memory and hexadecimal mode
