  6. Registration for PCBFV is $15.00.  Registration entitles you to  voice
  7. support  and stops  "PCBFV [ UNREGISTERED COPY ]" from being displayed
  8. after  each PCBFV session.  Registration also enables  the (F)ind text
  9. search feature for remote callers, which is explained in PCBFV.DOC.

  11. You  may  register PCBFV  by  Check,  Money Order,  VISA,  MasterCard,
  12. American Express or Diners.  U.S. Government POs are also accepted.

  35. In  order  for you to receive a unique registration number,  you  must 
  36. provide the name of your system EXACTLY as it is entered in  PCBSETUP. 
  37. In PCBoard 14.5/14.5a this is "G  Options 2" and in PCBoard 15.0  this 
  38. is "D Node Configuration". The BEST thing to do is load this form into 
  39. your text editor and enter the name of the board exactly as it appears 
  40. in PCBSetup.  Otherwise, circle all extended ASCII characters.  Do not
  41. confuse the double `greater-than'(char 175) and the double `less-than' 
  42. (char 174) graphics with the > or < characters. Characters 174 and 175 
  43. are very common in PCBoard names.  Enter your system's name:

  94. You may register by VOICE with your charge card and receive your PCBFV
  95. registration number INSTANTLY on the same TOLL FREE call!

  98. WHEN:  9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern time), Monday through Friday.

  100. Please complete the form on page #1 (above) before placing your call.

  102. Support calls cannot be accepted on the toll free order line.

  104. Toll free access is available in the U.S. only.  Sysops outside the U.S.
  105. may substitute the YCS Voice Support number, 813-846-8274, when placing
  106. a credit card voice order (same hours as above).

  111. Complete and mail in the form on page #1.

  113. Enclose your check or money order if not paying with a credit card.

  115. Funds must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

  117. We accept checks.  If you are a new, "first-time" customer we will wait
  118. for your check to clear before processing the order.

  120. Mail registration numbers are returned by mail only. If a faster method
  121. of registration is needed, please review the two instant methods above.
