  5. Use an unzipping program such as WinZip (http://www.winzip.com) or PKWare for Windows
  6. (http://www.pkware.com) to unzip this file to your "Program Files\Plus!\Themes" directory.

  8. This will create a "Fallout" folder and the following files in that directory:
  9. Fallout(1024x768).Theme
  10. Fallout(800x600).Theme
  11. Fallout(640x480).Theme

  13. Next, start up the Themes program and choose Fallout.
