DOOMEDIT v3.6 (works with DOOM v1.1)
This file contains the DOOM editor which will give
you a variety of neat stuff (maps, light visors, keys,
health, weapons (yes!!!!!), ammo, god mode (more later),
radiation suits, invisibility, etc. ).
What is New:
1. Enhanced features on the "SAVE" and "LOAD" options.
Save Game security has been added in case of itchy
return fingers.
2. Better explanation of how to use in "How to use DOOMEDIT" option.
3. More accurate measurement on Time based options (such as
the Radiation Suit, Invisibility, ...) Also they are
easier to understand when you view your character.
4. Correction made on the last page on the "How to use DOOMEDIT"
option. (Sorry about that Id)
Notes:
1. The health problem is still being worked on... Don't select
over 199% since that doesn't seem to work (It shows
up above 199%, but doesn't act like it is...) To "actually"
benefit from your edited health, you must pick up one of
the health bonuses.
2. DOOMEDIT.EXE _must_ be in the \doomdata directory.
3. The PLASMA CANNON and BFG9000 are NOT available in
the shareware version.
4. God Mode is activated by selecting Invulnerability.
God mode is not equiv. to unlim ammo... but it makes
killing by chainsaw just that much safer!
5. When you select Berserk mode, your punch is extremely powerful.
6. Screw limits on time and ammo... As far as we know there
ain't any!
7. Play around with it, it's fun... it's exciting..
it's the DOOM EDITOR!!!! (version 3.5) (v1 sucked)
(v2 was OK) (v3 pretty darn good)
