  1. This is a hack of id's serial device driver.
  2. It allows arbitrary baudrate, hardware hand-
  3. shaking, and arbitrary irq.  This will allow
  4. you to run your high speed modem at higher
  5. than 9600 baud.  Also, some problems with
  6. dialing and answering the modem have been
  7. fixed.
