  4. ***  AccuSet requires the file VBRUN300.DLL to execute. This file
  5.      can be obtained from most either of the following locations:
  6.      
  7.          - The AccuSet Support BBS, (717) 732-4067
  8.          - CompuServe (in the WINSHARE forum as VBRUN3.ZIP)
  9.          - America Online
  10.          - or your local BBS
  11.  
  12.          VBRUN300.DLL was not included in the AccuSet archive due to its
  13.          size (roughly 400K).  Many BBSs and online services encourage
  14.          authors to not distribute this file with their programs, since
  15.          it is readily available and consumes valuable disk space.
  16.  
  17. ***  Please use the installation utility, INSTALL.EXE, to install the
  18.      AccuSet program.  Many files, such as THREED.VBX, need to be installed
  19.      in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory.  Upon completion of the
  20.      installation process, you will be asked to reboot Windows - which is
  21.      strongly recommended.
