Welcome to the Micrografx ABC Graphics Suite Preview!
Following are some things you should know about your Preview.
YOU CAN USE THE ABC GRAPHICS SUITE PREVIEW FOR 90 DAYS
From the time you install a component of the Preview you have 90 Days to use the Preview on that machine.
The 90 day time period begins when you install any component of the Preview.
All components stop working at the end of that 90 day time period.
You may un-install any of the Preview components at any time.
Uninstalling Does Not affect the 90 day Preview period.
You can install the Preview on as many machines as you like. Each machine has its own 90 day period beginning on the date of first install.
HOW TO INSTALL AND UN-INSTALL THE ABC GRAPHICS SUITE PREVIEW
To install the Preview: from the Windows 95 Control Panel select "Add/Remove Programs" and follow the directions or run SETUP.EXE on the root of the Preview CD.
To un-install the whole Preview: from the Windows 95 Control Panel select "Add/Remove Programs", select "Micrografx ABC Graphics Suite", and click the "Add/Remove" button.
To un-install individual components of the Preview: following the same directions and selecting the desired component.
Under Windows NT (requires Windows NT 3.51), there is a significant delay at the beginning of the Setup process. You may not see any response from the system for up to 30 seconds.
No network install is provided with the ABC Graphics Suite Preview.
THE ABC GRAPHICS SUITE PREVIEW IS BETA SOFTWARE
As such, Micrografx does not recommend the Preview be used for production work. File formats used by components of the Preview are subject to change prior to General Availability.
NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE PREVIEW

KNOWN PROBLEMS:
JPEG, TIFF CCITT, and Sun Raster files will crash when running Windows NT 3.51 build 1024 or less.
When printing from Picture Publisher, settings in the printer driver may not be used during the actual print (portrait, landscape, etc.)
Palette color images on a 256 color display driver may cause images in Picture Publisher to be displayed with the wrong palette.
Using OLE with large images may crash.
Picture Publisher does not install properly under Windows NT build 1057 with the Shell Technology Preview for NT. To correct this problem:
1. If Picture Publisher is installed first uninstall Picture Publisher.
2. Deinstall the Shell Technology Preview for NT.
3. Reinstall Picture Publisher and then reinstall Shell Technology Preview for NT.
Designer will crash when attempting to embed or link with OLE 1.0 clients.
Clicking on Zoom Window when all documents are closed (no open documents) will cause a crash in Flowcharter.
Saving to a full disk may cause a crash (all products).
Modeless dialogs remain after Flowcharter OLE in-place activation and selecting one will cause crash.
Selecting a shape in Flowcharter, choosing Format\Shape Information, and choosing OK to close the dialog will result in a crash.
During OLE in-place activation, many Designer functions are unreliable.
Link File in Designer will cause a crash.
Closing and reactivating toolbars with system close button during in-place edit or binder session is fatal (Designer).
Designer and Picture Publisher may have some fatal undo bugs.
Designer sometimes crashes when spell checker uses MS Office dictionary.
