  15. effects, powerful tools and 3-D sound, MCS SoundTrak is designed for computer

  25. today a licensing agreement under which Animotion has exclusively licensed the

  27. QSound Virtual Audio process for use in their existing and future audio

  29. editing products. The term of this exclusive license is three years.
