  16. System Census for Windows Registration Form/Invoice

  18. Run System Census for Windows and click the About button on
  19. the main screen.  Then choose the "Register..." button. Fill
  20. out the on-screen registration form and click the Print button.
  21. Mail the printed registration form and the registration fee of
  22. $20 plus $4 Shipping and Handling (USA and Canada) or
  23. $20 plus $6 Shipping and Handling (all other destinations) to the
  24. following address (however, you may want to check with Mathews Software
  25. Services, Inc. regarding availability, latest version and latest
  26. pricing before registering the software):

  32. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank.  International
  33. postal money orders in US dollars are also accepted.

  35. When payment is received, you are consisdered a registered user.  All
  36. registered users receive the following:
  37.       1) The latest version of System Census for Windows, eliminating
  38.          the registration reminder screens
  39.       2) A printed manual.
  40.       3) Unlimited, free technical support via phone (toll call), electronic
  41.          mail, fax. or mail  for one year from when the user registers
  42.          the software. (SEE BELOW)
  43.       4) One year of free updates from when the user registers the software.
  44.          Two types of update packages are available to registered users:
  45.          1. Electronic Update Package
  46.                Update packages delivered electronically are free.  Electronic
  47.                update packages include the latest version of System Census
  48.                for Windows.  All updated software documentation will be
  49.                included in an ASCII text file.
  50.          2. Mail Update Package
  51.                Users wishing to have the update package delivered by mail will
  52.                receive the latest version of System Census for Windows on
  53.                diskette and an updated printed manual.  However, to receive
  54.                the update package by mail, the user will be subject to
  55.                shipping and handling charges of $4 in the USA and Canada or
  56.                $6 for all other destinations.  Payments for updates must be
  57.                in US dollars drawn on a US bank.  International
  58.                postal money orders in US dollars are also accepted.

  61. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
  62.  
  63. Technical support for System Census for Windows is unlimited to all 
  64. registered users of the product for one year from when the user 
  65. registers the software.  Technical support is provided to registered users
  66. via phone (toll call), electronic mail, fax or mail.

  68. An unregistered user is provided limited technical support for help in a
  69. proper installation or essential information necessary for product 
  70. evaluation.
