  1. Welcome to HOT Word Processor, part of the Home Office Team by Visual
  2. Software Design Group. The complete Home Office Team features
  3. a full featured Word Processor, a comprehensive Excel compatible 
  4. Spreadsheet, and a desktop Calendar. If you would like to try out
  5. the other applications in the Home Office Team please feel free
  6. to download them from the same place you obtained HOT Word Processor.

  8. Instructions on how to use these programs are included in
  9. detailed Help files for each program.

  11. IMPORTANT: To conserve disk space, this ZIPed collection
  12. of files does not contain the file VBRUN300.DLL. Please
  13. be sure you have this file in your Windows or Windows\System
  14. directory BEFORE running the program. VBRUN300.DLL is available 
  15. wherever fine shareware is distributed. Check your on-line 
  16. service or contact us for a free copy of this file.

  18. To install the program unzip all the files into a 
  19. directory such as HOT. Then, start Windows, and from 
  20. Program Manager, select File Run. Type c:\HOT\HOTWORD and press 
  21. ENTER (assuming you used HOT as directory and disk is c:). You can
  22. also create a Program Group and put the program and its help file
  23. in this group. If you experience any problems try moving all the
  24. files that end with VBX and DLL into your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  25. This is normally not necessary but sometimes solves some problems.
