  9. Peter J Koch, the Author, remains the legal owner of the copyright.

  12. Limited License to Try the Software

  15. The Author grants a permission to try this software for a period
  16. of fifteen(15) days starting from the date of the first use of the
  17. software. 
  18.  
  19. You should act to get a "Registered License" at least (3) days
  20. before the end of this period, because the software will refuse
  21. to execute properly after this period of fifteen days. 
  22.  
  23. By using this software, you, the User, agree to respect the
  24. following conditions.  (If you refuse to comply to these
  25. conditions you should destroy all copies of the software that you
  26. have made in order to use it).

  28. The User agrees to NOT alter, decompile, disassemble nor attempt
  29. to reverse-engineer this software. 
  30.  
  31. The Author hereby authorizes the User to copy this software onto
  32. a computer to use it and to make backup copies of it for the only
  33. purpose of protecting the User from accidental loss.

  35. The User agrees that the software will stop working in its usual
  36. way after fifteen (15) days of its first use (unless the
  37. registration name and serial number are entered into the software
  38. through the registration menu).

  41. Registered License to Use the Software

  44. By applying to register this software with the Author, you, the
  45. User, agree to respect the following conditions.  (If you refuse
  46. to comply to these conditions you should NOT apply to register
  47. the software and you should destroy all copies of the software
  48. that you have made in order to use it).

  50. The user should purchase a valid registration key to use this
  51. software after the evaluation period.

  53. The User should enter these "registration name" and "serial
  54. number" into the software through the registration screen.

  56. The User will consider the "registration name" and "serial
  57. number" that he has received as private information.

  59. The User should keep this information in a secure location.  The
  60. User can make copies of this information but he will NOT give it
  61. to any other person who is also using the software.

  63. The User understands that he must NOT make public the
  64. "registration name" and "serial number" that he receives from the
  65. Author.  The User should keep in mind that if he disclosed this
  66. information to the public he would potentially help to deprive
  67. the Author from his rightful income.

  69. The User agrees to NOT alter, decompile, disassemble nor attempt
  70. to reverse-engineer this software.

  82. Permission to Distribute the Complete Installation Files

  85. As understood in the concept of "shareware", the Author grants a
  86. limited permission to distribute and copy the original unaltered
  87. installation files of the software in the following way.

  89. The User is granted permission to copy and distribute the
  90. original bundled installation files of the software under the
  91. following conditions.

  93. The User will not copy nor distribute the software after removing
  94. or modifying any parts of the software.  The User will take good
  95. care to only copy or distribute the original unaltered
  96. installation files of the software.

  98. The User cannot copy or distribute the software to make a profit
  99. except for a reasonable medium duplication cost.  No one is
  100. authorized to resell the software without expressed written
  101. authorization of the Author.

  103. If any person or organization distributes this software on any 
  104. medium with a packaging naming this software then the copyright 
  105. notice must be reproduced completely and clearly outside of the
  106. package.

  114. representation nor warranty that this software is fit for any 
  115. specific purpose.  By using this software you agree to assume any

  120. is compatible with your equipment or with its operating system.
