Genesis is not just a Christian book, it is indeed more relevant to the Jewish Faith. Traditionally written by Moses, but now credited to more recent authors. It forms the first book of Torah, the Book of Readings, comprising Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. This is the first section of Tenakh, or the Christian Old Testament. In it are found the great stories of Creation, Flood and the Abraham Legend.
