  3. The directory ArcScan contains a complete set of ArcScan index
  4. files for Archive Magazine, Archive Monthly Program Discs and
  5. Archive Utilities Discs from the start to the current issues.
  6.  
  7. A ReadMe file within the directory explains how the ArcScan
  8. filing system works, and how to make use of these files.
  9.  
  10. Also included for historical reference is the index for the former
  11. Archive Shareware and Careware discs. These are no longer
  12. supported by NCS, but many readers may have copies.
  13.  
  14. The directory AScanUtils contains two utilities for exploring
  15. ArcScan files and displaying and/or printing selected information.
  16. They complement the facilities provided by ArcScan itself.
  17.  
  18. Each has an associated ReadMe file explaining its purpose and use.
