| Help for Plinth "0.02 (06-Apr-1992)"
|
This application creates "plinths" given background and picture
sprites.
1. Drag a "background" sprite onto the icon bar icon
2. Drag a "picture" sprite onto the view window
3. Say "wow"
4. Drag some Plinth_... text files onto the parameter dbox
5. Put some Zappa on the CD
Shadows
=======
With six shadows it is possible to completely surround a shape. By
saving your choices (to <Plinth$Dir>.Choices), copying & renaming
this, you can build a set of favourite types. To load just drag the
text file into the parameters window. Invalid text files are ignored.
Picture sprites
===============
The pictures should consist of colour on a WHITE background. Best to
use monochrome sprites, but any will do, apart from 256-colour
sprites.
Limitations
===========
To get the correct colour shadows in 256-colour sprites you have to be
in a 256-colour mode.
